1.    Welcome
1.1.    PawMotion provides structured movement for dogs in a safe, controlled and positive environment.
1.2.   Your dog's welfare is our priority and we will always make decisions with safety and wellbeing in mind.
1.3.   By booking or participating in a PawMotion RUN session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2.    Your Dog's Health
2.1.    Before participating, you confirm that your dog is at least 4 months old unless PawMotion agrees otherwise and satisfactory veterinary clearance is provided.
2.2.   You confirm that your dog is physically fit to participate in structured exercise.
2.3.   You confirm that your dog is free from any injury, illness or condition that would make participation unsafe.
2.4.   You confirm that your dog is up to date with all required vaccinations and holds a current Dubai Municipality registration and tag where required.
2.5.   You confirm that your dog is free from contagious diseases, infections or parasite infestations.
2.6.   You confirm that your dog has not been advised by a veterinarian to avoid exercise.
2.7.   You must disclose any medical conditions, medications, previous injuries, surgeries, veterinary restrictions, behavioural concerns or aggression towards people or other dogs.
2.8.   You warrant that all information provided to PawMotion is accurate, complete and not misleading and that you will promptly notify PawMotion of any changes.
2.9.   PawMotion is entitled to rely on the information you provide regarding your dog's health and suitability for exercise.

3.    Participation & Safety
3.1.    Owners are welcome to attend sessions.
3.2.   You remain responsible for your dog's behaviour at all times and must disclose any known behavioural concerns.
3.3.   If your female dog is in season, you must inform PawMotion before the session.
3.4.   PawMotion may request veterinary clearance where it reasonably considers it necessary.
3.5.   PawMotion may refuse, pause, modify, shorten, reschedule or terminate a session where it reasonably believes this is necessary for safety, welfare or operational reasons.
3.6.   You agree to indemnify PawMotion against any loss, damage, injury, claim, cost or expense arising from your dog's behaviour except where directly caused by PawMotion's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

4.    Handover & Collection
4.1.    Owners must maintain control of their dogs during arrival, departure and handover.
4.2.   The owner remains responsible for their dog until PawMotion accepts the dog for the session and again immediately upon return following the session.
4.3.   PawMotion may refuse to accept a dog where equipment, restraint, behaviour or surrounding circumstances are considered unsafe.

5.    Same Household Dogs
5.1.    Sessions involving more than one dog are intended only for dogs from the same household.
5.2.   You confirm that any dogs participating in the same session live together and are accustomed to one another.
5.3.   Dogs from different households will not participate in the same session unless expressly agreed by PawMotion.

6.    Exercise, Health & Veterinary Care
6.1.    Dogs, like people, can become tired, injured, unwell or distressed during exercise. By participating in a RUN session, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical exercise and structured movement.
6.2.   No specific fitness, behavioural, weight-loss, training or other outcome is guaranteed.
6.3.   PawMotion provides dog fitness services and does not provide veterinary treatment, diagnosis, physiotherapy, rehabilitation services or behavioural therapy.
6.4.   Any observations, comments or recommendations provided by PawMotion are general in nature and should not be treated as veterinary advice.
6.5.   If a dog appears unwell, injured, distressed or requires medical attention, PawMotion will make reasonable efforts to notify the owner or another responsible adult.
6.6.   PawMotion is not responsible for arranging veterinary treatment or transportation. Any assistance provided by PawMotion shall be voluntary and shall not create any ongoing duty or responsibility. All veterinary costs remain the responsibility of the owner unless directly caused by PawMotion's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

7.    Photos & Videos
7.1.    PawMotion routinely photographs and records dogs during sessions.
7.2.    By participating in PawMotion services, you grant PawMotion the unrestricted right to photograph, film and record your dog and to use, reproduce, edit, publish and distribute such content for marketing, social media, advertising, website content, educational content, training purposes, operational purposes and any other business-related purpose.
7.3.    No additional consent is required.

8.    Payment
8.1.    All sessions, RUN Packs and Memberships must be paid in advance.

9.    RUN Packs
9.1.    RUN Packs are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
9.2.   RUN Packs are non-refundable except where required by law.
9.3.   RUN Packs have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9.4.   RUN Packs may be used by dogs within the same household.
9.5.   RUN Packs may not be sold, assigned or transferred to third parties.
9.6.   Unused sessions expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

10.    Memberships
10.1.    Memberships are intended for dogs within the same household.
10.2.   Memberships may be cancelled on 30 days' notice.
10.3.   Membership fees are non-refundable and no partial refunds will be provided for unused sessions unless otherwise agreed by PawMotion.

11.    Rescheduling & Cancellations
11.1.    At least 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule a session.
11.2.   If less than 24 hours' notice is given, no refund will be provided and the session may be deducted from a RUN Pack or Membership allocation.
11.3.   If a session cannot proceed due to owner delay, absence, lack of access or failure to control the dog, the session may be treated as a late cancellation.

12.    Our Responsibility
12.1.    PawMotion shall only be liable for injury, illness, deterioration in health, death, veterinary costs, property damage or other claims where directly caused by PawMotion's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
12.2.    PawMotion shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or unexpected losses.
12.3.    Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

13.    Liability Cap
13.1.    To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawMotion's total liability arising out of or in connection with any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific session giving rise to the claim.

14.    Claims
14.1.    Any claim relating to a session must be raised within 7 days of the session.
14.2.   After this period, PawMotion may be unable to investigate and reserves the right to reject the claim.

15.    Force Majeure
15.1.    PawMotion shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or inability to perform services caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
15.2.   This includes extreme weather, traffic disruptions, government restrictions, vehicle breakdowns, equipment failures, public health events, utility failures and other unforeseen events.
15.3.   Where possible, affected sessions will be rescheduled.

16.    Governing Law
16.1.    These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
16.2.   Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

17.    Changes to These Terms
17.1.    We may update these Terms from time to time.
17.2.   The latest version will apply to future bookings.
